Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site: page views, general location, device type, and on-site behavior like scrolling and clicks. Clarity may record anonymized session replays and heatmaps. Neither tool is used to identify you personally. You can opt out with browser extensions like uBlock Origin, or by enabling Do Not Track / using a privacy-focused browser.
Form data
Forms on this site (teardown intake, newsletter signup, resource downloads) are powered by Formaloo. When you submit a form, the information you provide, name, email, product URL, and anything else you type, is sent to Formaloo's servers and to AJ directly. It's used solely to respond to your request, send the resource you asked for, or add you to the newsletter list. It is never sold.
Email list
If you subscribe to The Post-MVP Dispatch or download a resource, your email is used to send you the newsletter and occasional updates about teardowns and services. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from future sends.
Cookies
Analytics and form tools may set cookies to distinguish sessions and prevent duplicate submissions. No cookies here are used for third-party ad targeting.
Data retention
Form submissions and email addresses are kept as long as needed to run the business, generally until you ask for removal or unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be deleted, or unsubscribe at any time by emailing aj@thepostmvpguy.com.
